About the event
The Alameda County Fair runs Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 11 pm, with admission gates closing at 9:30 pm, at 2005 Valley Avenue in Pleasanton. Attractions include nightly concerts at 8 pm, a carnival, action sports, tasting festivals, movies on the lawn, pig racing and drone shows, plus 18-day season passes covering the fair's full run.
