Can vendors book a whole season instead of one date at a time?

Yes. In FestKit a booth on a specific date is the unit you sell, so you can bundle every date of the season into one offer with a single price, or publish one offer per date and let vendors pick. Many organizers list both — a season pass and a drop-in day rate — and the same booth stays correctly available for whichever dates are unsold.

How do I manage vendors for a weekly farmers market?

Set up the market once with a date block for every market day, draw your stalls on the map, then publish an application page. Vendors apply or buy a stall online, you assign them to a specific stall for specific dates, and each week's roster and payment status stays separate. Nothing is duplicated per week.

What stops two vendors from booking the same booth on the same day?

Every booth-date is held the moment a vendor starts checkout, so it disappears from the public listing while they pay. Checkout holds last 24 hours and approval holds last 3 days; if payment does not land, the hold expires and the booth returns to the pool automatically.

Can a vendor take a week off mid-season?

Yes. Because each market date is tracked separately, you can free a single date without touching the rest of that vendor's season — and the freed stall-date becomes sellable again on its own.

Does FestKit work for markets that run year-round?

Yes. There is no cap on how many dates an event carries, so a year-round market can run as one event with a date block per market day, or as one event per season if you prefer to price and report on them separately.
