As a non-profit mutual benefit corporation under California law, LOP is more than just a place to live, it is a place where community values and natural beauty coalesce. Positioned between Auburn and Grass Valley in Nevada County, California, LOP was originally developed in 1967 as a recreational community for those seeking an escape from city life.
