Spend the day immersed in movement, meaningful conversations, local wellness experiences, and the hidden gems that make Banff truly unique. This year we’re bringing mobile Sauna’s up the mountain, and shuttling you to glacier fed lakes for cold plunging. Finish it all off with a bonfire and some mountain blend tea… Discover practical tools and rituals that support your well-being. Music is a passion of ours, and we use it to dive deeper into some of our sessions, to compliment downt time, and to celebrate. From Dj’s to pianists to sound bowls ….Music is therapy and we use it to raise the vibe! We stand on Treaty 7 territory, home to the Îyârhe Nakoda (Stoney Nakoda) Nations—Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney as well as the Tsuut’ina First Nation and the Blackfoot Confederacy: Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai.
