2026 New Jersey Oyster Festival

About the event

The 2026 New Jersey Oyster Festival brings together the flavors, music, and maritime traditions of the Delaware Bay for an afternoon on the historic waterfront at Bayshore Center at Bivalve. The festival features freshly shucked oysters from local New Jersey purveyors, live music from Nathan Cwik and GoodMan Fiske, an oyster shucking competition, a speaker series, raffle baskets, and food and drinks. Each ticket includes a sampling of freshly shucked local oysters and a commemorative drinking glass, with additional food and beverages available for purchase.
