The Boulder County Winter Market runs December 5 and 6, 2026, from 9 am to 3 pm at the Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont, Colorado. About 150 local farmers, ranchers, food producers and artisans sell winter produce like squash, carrots, potatoes and apples alongside handmade gifts, plus a food court with hot chocolate, cider, coffee and food trucks.
