The Carbon County Fair you know today didn’t just return—it was rebuilt from the ground up. When the original County Fair ended in 2019, this beloved tradition could have disappeared. Instead, in 2022, a new committee stepped in with a blank slate, a bold vision, and the belief that Carbon County deserved a flagship community event. No blueprint, no playbook—just determination to create a modern Fair that celebrates our community. In just a few years, the Fair has grown beyond expectations. Attendance is climbing, participation is surging, and excitement is building every year.
