An opportunity for pipers with at least one year of experience to try the smallpipes! Join us for the annual Skagit Valley Highland Games, always the second weekend of July. Winter School is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best players and the most creative instructors of Celtic music, while spending time in community with fellow musicians and music appreciators. Join us at the 30th Annual Skagit Valley Highland Games & Celtic Festival! Location: Skagit County Fairgrounds - 501 Taylor St. Mount Vernon, WA Dates: Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th, 2026.
