City Hall offices and Lenexa Old Town Activity Center will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 7. Other facilities have adjusted hours. The Lenexa Art Fair is the perfect outing to celebrate all things artisan. This one-day, outdoor, juried art fair features about 50 fine artists from the region. Enjoy live jazz music throughout the day; children's art activities; food trucks; Lenexa Farmers Market vendors; and a tasting event featuring local wine and craft beer. This is a juried art event that accepts approximately 50 fine artists in a variety of 2D and 3D categories. Applications: Applications for this show are accepted through Zapplication, October through mid January. To apply for the 2027 show, check back for the application on Oct. 1, 2026.
