All Exhibitors must provide certificate of liability insurance. All Exhibitors MUST provide Clearview with a valid New York State Certificate of Authority, commonly referred to as NYS Sales Tax License. As well as a signed Clearview Terms & Conditions form. Once received, Clearview will approve your online account. Food Exhibitors – MUST register in person and present their Valid Food Handlers Certificate, NYS Sales Tax, and Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit. Once received, you may begin registering for our fairs.
