About the event
At Wyoming Food for Thought Project, our vision is a hunger-free community where everyone has access to nutritious food, regardless of their circumstances. We envision a future where no child goes to bed hungry, no family has to worry about where their next meal will come from, and every individual has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. Through our programs and initiatives, we are working towards building a stronger, more resilient community where everyone has the support and resources they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. With the help of our incredible volunteers, we deliver 800 food bags every week to children and families throughout Casper and the surrounding area. These food bags are filled with enough food to feed a child three meals per day for every day of the week they are out of school. We also run a Summer Feeding Program, and a free pantry.
