The Devour Culinary Classic returns to Desert Botanical Garden on February 27 and 28, 2027, bringing together Arizona chefs, winemakers, brewers and makers to showcase the state's food scene. Past editions have crowned Best of Show dishes such as prickly pear pork belly with jicama and raspberry caviar, judged among entries from the region's culinary talent.
