About the event
Spirit of the Season takes over Downtown Guelph on the first two weekends of December, the 4th through 6th and 11th through 13th, combining the Community Santa Parade, Santa Run, the Mayor and Council's tree lighting, an indoor and outdoor Christmas Marketplace, and a storefront decorating contest. Proceeds support Keep Kids Fed at Home, which helps roughly 500 elementary school children in Guelph during the holidays.
