2026 Frankenmuth Funtown Chowdown Food Truck Festival

About the event

The fun takes place in the parking lot east of the shopping complex on the second Thursday of the month starting in May: May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, and September 10. Each event is from 2 to 9 PM. In 2025, the May and September events will feature around 16 trucks, with the June, July, and August events featuring around 20 trucks from across Michigan with a variety of cuisine and desserts, live music, craft beer and non-alcoholic beverage sales, designated handicap parking area, and additional activities for families. Themes: May 14 - Camp Chowdown June 11 - Bam! Pow! Foodtruck WOW! (Superhero's) July 9 - Lei'd Back Luau August - Color Splash Bash September - Disco Fever
