About the event

Fresh, local, and accessible food for everyone in our community. Since 2016, HOPE has been expanding food access in Cameron County. We pride ourselves on connecting farmers to markets and communities to fresh nutritious foods, helping residents strengthen local food system resiliency. The HOPE Farmers Market offers organically grown, all‑natural, GMO‑free, and grass‑fed products from a diverse network of local farmers — including fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, and other farm‑fresh goods. We believe everyone deserves access to fresh, healthy, and affordable food. A wider selection of seasonal fresh produce is available during our peak growing season from mid‑November through mid‑June. We proudly accept various forms of payment to ensure fresh produce is accessible to all families in our community. Use your Electronic Benefit Transfer card for all eligible food items at our markets.
