High River Little Britches Rodeo

About the event

The High River Little Britches Rodeo features youth rodeo events including barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, breakaway roping, team roping, mutton bustin and a wild pony race, held at the High River Ag grounds near Aldersyde, Alberta. A Rodeo Queen, chosen from competitors aged 7 to 13 who can ride and carry a flag in the grand entry, also rides in the Little Britches Parade that weekend.
