Hillcrest HarvestFest returns October 17, 2026 to the Historic Hillcrest District along Kavanaugh Boulevard in Little Rock, Arkansas. Organized by the Hillcrest Merchants Association, this neighborhood festival includes vendors, live music, a dog show, a beer garden, and children’s activities.
