The 57th annual Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair takes place the third Saturday in September, September 19, 2026, in Hillsboro, Kansas. Exhibitors from across the country sell home decor, wood crafts, jewelry and other handmade goods, while local food booths serve Hillsboro specialties like smoked sausage, zwieback, bierocks, kettle corn and funnel cakes.
