The Knox Shamrock Fest & Lucky Kidney Run is a celebration hosted by the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation (ETKF), a dedicated organization with a rich history of supporting kidney health in our community. Since its founding in 2010, ETKF has been at the forefront in raising awareness and providing lifesaving resources and support to those impacted by kidney disease in East Tennessee.
