About the event
One of the biggest events of the late spring and summer is the Mount Airy Farmers Market. Now under the Town management, the market features full and part time vendors showcasing the best of local and regional products including produce, honey, handmade jewelry, crafts and much more. The market also features a different live entertainment option each week as well as a vital space for area nonprofits and community organizations to get the word out about their mission and events. Running on Wednesdays from 3 to 7 p.m. June 12 to Oct.2, the market is held in our beautiful Watkins Park with ample space and parking for vendors and visitors alike.
