About the event
The Pecan Street Festival is a free arts, crafts and music festival in Austin featuring visual artists, live music, food vendors and kids' rides. One of the largest and longest running festivals of its kind in the country, it has been produced by Special Events Live since 2006, drawing more than 400,000 attendees a year in support of preserving historic 6th Street.
