The vision of the Pendleton Round-Up is to be the premier celebration of western heritage, rodeo excellence, volunteerism and community spirit while leaving a profound and enduring economic impact. Being named the PRCA Large Outdoor Rodeo of the Year is one of the highest honors in professional rodeo. Voted on by the contestants, stock contractors, and rodeo committees who know the sport best, the award recognizes excellence both inside and outside the arena.
