Pensacola Interstate Fair

About the event

Pensacola Interstate Fair runs October 22–November 1, 2026 at the Pensacola Fairgrounds, with rides, entertainment, exhibits, commercial vendors, and food concessions. Vendor applications are available for indoor commercial booths in the Main Entrance Building and outdoor midway concessions. Applications may be submitted year-round; returning vendors have first refusal and new applications are considered beginning in April. Listed indoor booth rates are $550 for 8-by-8 feet or $750 for 10-by-10 feet, plus a $300 refundable completion deposit.
