Hosted by the Scituate Chamber of Commerce , Scituate Heritage Days is the community’s signature summer celebration - proudly bringing residents and visitors together since 1969. Held annually on the weekend following the first Friday in August, this three-day waterfront festival transforms Scituate Harbor into a vibrant hub of live music, local artisans, food vendors, family-friendly activities, and maritime tradition. With scenic harbor views as the backdrop, the event highlights the very best of Scituate’s history, culture, and small-business community. You may begin serving customers as soon as you are ready on Saturday and Sunday mornings; however, we ask that all food vendors be open and serve no later than 12:00 PM each day .
