2026 Skamania County Spring Fest Handmade Creations and Plant and Garden Vendor Application 2) A staff member will review your application and reach out via email or phone to confirm approval of application 3) Once approved, payment is needed to reserve a spot and officially become a vendor. 4) After payment is received, you will be assigned a space number based on your preferred space listed on your application and availability. Please note plant and garden vendors are located in the Stock Barn.
