NeighborHealth runs this market every Wednesday from 3 to 6:30 pm, July 8 through October 28, in Central Square Park across from the Liberty Shopping Center at 200 Border Street. Farmers use organic or integrated pest management methods and pasture raise their animals, and the market offers free meals for kids through Summer Eats along with a produce incentive club, art, music, and family activities. Shoppers can pay with cash, cards, WIC and Senior coupons, and SNAP or EBT, with a dollar for dollar match through the state's Healthy Incentives Program. A smaller winter and spring market runs every third Wednesday from November through June at the Community Resource and Wellness Center on Meridian Street.
