The 2026 Preseason vendor meeting will be March 27, 11am to 2pm at the VFW. The VFW is at 115 Klondike Rd, Independence, VA 24348 It’s a potluck. Attendance is expected. ( Coming from Independence, Klondike Rd is a left off HWY 58) Seniority is the primary factor used to assign location but regular attendance, helpfulness, and arriving on time matter too. Fees for the 2026 are as follows: Car side of the pavilion $150, HWY 21 side $120, tent area $100. The day fee remains $20. The schedule is here . If you plan to use a scale at the Market, it must be ANSI approved and inspected by Donna Harless at Weights and measures. Donna will be at the vendor meeting.
