Sturgis is a small community with a big fine arts footprint! Learn more about our local arts organizations below, and take time to participate in our self-led Sturgis ARTWALK tour of over 30 sculptures throughout town. Sturgis is proud to be home of numerous breathtaking sculptures and public art pieces in a variety of mediums. Home of renowned scupltor and South Dakota Artist Laureate, Dale Lamphere, Sturgis has embraced the arts for many years and even features several of his sculptures. Spend an afternoon touring Sturgis by car, bicycle, motorcycle, or foot to take in the beauty of these artistic works.
