INDOOR COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT BUILDING VENDORS: The Coastal Carolina Fair has an average attendance of over 225,000 people. Booth space in our Freedom Hall Commercial Exhibit can provide a great marketing opportunity to: • Interact face to face with potential customers. Exhibitors from the previous year are usually offered the first opportunity to claim their space. New applicants are selected based on uniqueness of products/services, experience, availability of space and appropriateness of product type for available space. Completing an application does not guarantee space. The application will be held on file until all space is sold. The Application and Rules are available below. Booth size and pricing varies (check the layout below for details). General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 will be required, or you may be eligible to purchase it through the Fair.
