Meet Sugar and Spice, the identical twin Angora goats bringing double the fun as the 2026 Royal Ambassador duo. Born on July 3, 2024, at Becky Visser’s farm in Bowmanville, Ontario, these curly-coated sisters have quickly become unforgettable representatives of one of agriculture’s most unique fibre-producing breeds. Becky first introduced Angora goats to the farm in 2023, expanding beyond the family’s sheep flock to focus on fibre animals and the art of natural yarn production. Today, the herd helps showcase the important connection between Canadian agriculture, fibre arts, and livestock education. Angora goats are best known for producing mohair, a luxurious natural fibre prized around the world for its softness, durability, and beautiful sheen.
