About the event
The 53rd Annual Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival runs July 1 through 4, 2027, at Twin Lakes Park, covering more than eight acres. Hours are 11 am to 8 pm Thursday through Saturday and 11 am to 6 pm Sunday, with visual and performing arts, traditional crafts, cultural heritage activities and ethnic foods, free to attend.
