The Acadian Memorial Heritage Festival and Wooden Boat Congres take place in Saint Martinville on Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21, 2026. Saturday's festival grounds open at 9 am with a flag raising ceremony at 10, followed by food, drink and craft booths serving jambalaya, boudin, cracklins and fried catfish, plus live music and historical vignettes performed in French by Theatre Cadien.
