We have many event dates, so the best way to determine your event rental rate and space availability is to go to the particular event dates you are interested in. You may use one vendor application for as many event dates as you like Usually with reasonably good weather about 75 vendors and 3,000 total shoppers for the two-day event. Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.
