The comprehensive plan will determine an overall vision of Mount Hope and what it aspires to be in the future. The comprehensive plan will identify issues and concerns of residents and create a realistic action plan. The plan will promote the collaboration of key stakeholders, local citizen groups, and residents in the planning process. Citizen input is a vital part of the planning process.
