Potato Days celebrates the Idaho potato with two 2026 stops, Meridian from September 25 to 27 and Boise from October 2 to 4. The family festival serves the spud every way, loaded, mashed, as tots or fries, and in a warm potato soup, alongside live music, beer and free lawn games for kids honoring the state's potato farmers, packers, distributors and retailers.
