Weihnachtsmarkt benefits the Sophienburg Museum & Archives at New Braunfels Civic and Convention Center. The November 19, 2026 gala runs 6–9 PM and includes exclusive vendor shopping. The main German-style Christmas market is November 20–22, 10 AM–5 PM, featuring retail merchants and artisans selling ornaments, specialty gifts, apparel, antiques, and other holiday goods.
