The Blue Water Festival returns to downtown Port Huron, Michigan, July 15 through 18, 2026. The event features live concerts, a street fair, OT's Family Night, and the Mannequins Making a Difference display, opening with the Rotary International Day Parade that Wednesday, July 15.
