Hello, we are a gourmet brick oven pizza trailer. We are woman owned and serve our fresh dough with the freshest and finest ingredients we can source. And pass that on to our customers. We use only the finest imported Italian meats and cheese, including Grande Cheese, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Regiano, as well a 5-6 hand stirred sauces, and local farm fresh vegetables. We would love the opportunity to work your event and with the community, sharing our vision that is...Real fire, Real Ingredients, Real Good. We use a real hand laid brick oven and can cook six to eight pizzas in three minutes. Food to us is about gathering with family and friends and sharing food made with love and pride, as well as sharing with and making new friends in a community setting.
