The Arts Alive is a juried arts and fine crafts festival held the third Saturday and Sunday in May in historic downtown Florence, Alabama. The art market takes place in Wilson Park while the fine art exhibit is held at Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts. Both venues feature artists specializing in painting, mixed media, collage, stained glass, jewelry, sculpture, pottery, fiber art, woodwork, photography, print making, drawing, and more. May 15 - Arts Alive Garden Party and Awards Dinner at Kennedy-Douglass Arts Alive is a project of the Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts volunteers, and attracts hundreds of art and craft lovers from across the Southeast.
