Pensacola Interstate Fair runs October 22–November 1, 2026 at the Pensacola Fairgrounds, with rides, entertainment, exhibits, commercial vendors, and food concessions. Vendor applications are available for indoor commercial booths in the Main Entrance Building and outdoor midway concessions. Applications may be submitted year-round; returning vendors have first refusal and new applications are considered beginning in April. Listed indoor booth rates are $550 for 8-by-8 feet or $750 for 10-by-10 feet, plus a $300 refundable completion deposit. 2026 Fall Pensacola Food Truck Fest Saturday November 14th from 11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. We will have food trucks, vendors, live entertainment and a bounce house for the kids. We will accept food truck and craft vendor’s applications until November 9th 2025 as long as we are not full. Full payment is due immediately to guarantee spot and paid online. If you are a direct vendor, please email us so we don't have duplicate direct vendors. No refunds if you cancel. If the weather looks like it will be mostly rain that day we will try to reschedule. Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival takes place May 15, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in downtown Pensacola at Seville Square, Fountain Park, and Bartram Park. Current vendor registration lists a 10x10 general vendor space at $150 and food vendors at $250, with fees increasing by $50 on March 1, 2027. General vendors must offer some pickle merchandise; food vendors must include a pickle food item and call 850-941-4321 before registering. Fees are non-refundable.
