VC Farmers Market (Saturdays, June 13 - Sept 26) - Valley City Community Group The Valley City Farmers Market is celebrating 20 years! The Farmers Market was started in 2007 by the late Tom Neff, whose vision was to create a place where local gardeners and farmers could sell their products and connect with the community. This season marks the market’s 20th year of operation. The market’s original location was in the parking lot of the township community center, but it quickly became apparent that it needed greater visibility. Before the end of its first season, the market was relocated to the Depot, where it has remained ever since. Mandan Market Nights is a weekly farmers and makers market held every Tuesday evening from 4:30 to 7 pm, June through October, at Dykshoorn Park in downtown Mandan. It is organized by the Mandan Progress Organization and features fresh, locally grown produce alongside handmade crafts, artisanal goods and live entertainment. It is not one of the group's priced signature events, so vendors interested in a booth are asked to contact the organization directly.

Town Square Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm, June 13 through September 26, 2026, on South 3rd Street in Grand Forks. The nonprofit market supports local producers, artisans and musicians.

The Roughrider Homegrowers Farmers Market will take place every Tuesday and Saturday from June 13 - October 31 on the west side of Prairie Hills Mall in Dickinson.

The Langdon Area Farmers' Market sets up at St. Alphonsus Catholic Park on 10th Avenue in Langdon and is recognized as a USDA certified farmers market. It has historically been coordinated through the Langdon Area Chamber of Commerce alongside the group's other community events. Local growers have sold produce such as vegetables, rhubarb and apples there in past seasons.

The Devils Lake Market in the Park runs Saturday mornings from 8 am to noon, July through October, in Roosevelt Park. Local vendors sell fresh produce, home baked goods, handmade jewelry and home decor items throughout the season.

The Downtown Bismarck Street Fair marks its 53rd consecutive year in 2026, tracing back to 1973 as the food and vendor portion of Folkfest. The two day event spreads across 7 city blocks and typically draws 60,000 to 70,000 visitors to roughly 180 food, arts and craft vendors, with a kids Barrel Train and street musicians busking at 4th and Broadway.
